How to find the values of k using the discrimant for the equation...?

Equation ---> x^2 + 3(k-2)x + (k+5) = 0

The equation has equal roots

Please could you show how to solve this using the discrimant?

So far I have expanded brackets, simplified, and ended up with 19k^2 - 36k = 36 , though I am not sure if this is the right way to go about solving it. Thanks.
