Chinese software came out weird characters after installed?

I have installed Asian language in my computer, so I can read and type Chinese word with my computer (either simplified or traditional). However, I have problem when i tried to install Chinese application such as ppstream or xunlei. After (and during) the installation, I cant read the Chinese characters at all in that application. They all came out funny symbols and during installation, I can only guess which button to click.

How can I solve this problem?
