How to work out the radius of a cylinder when given the volume?

I need help answering this question and i need the correct method as i think that the one i am using is wrong as it keeps giving me an incorrect final answer.

This is the question:
The radius of a cylinder is r cm. The height (or length) of the cylinder is 10 cm. The volume of the cylinder is 140 cm (cubed). Work out the value of r.

How would i go about answering this?

If you can, please give the answer correct to 3 significant figures as well.
Thanks in advance.

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
