What are the best type of clothes for a chubby hourglass figure?

Im 14 and i have an hourglass figure (Tall, Big bust, shapely legs, my hip and bust are of equal size and i have a slim-ish waist line). I am a little chubby around the waistline though so i don't wear tight clothing. What type of clothes should i avoid and what types of clothes should i buy?
