What happens if you pass your motorbike test in a different country?

Say you are English and live in England but pass your motorbike test in Poland, what would the laws be regarding size differences/power of bikes at different ages? Just in England it's 21 to ride full powered but is going to change to 24 to be full power, what happens if you pass in Poland is legal to ride full powered in England with it?
